The Last Week of 1^st Grade, we will be celebrating our year of learning!

Monday, May 18, we will celebrate Reading in comfort.
Bring slippers and books to read and share. Write your name in your books.

Tuesday, May 19, we will celebrate our Team Work.
Bring a board game or card game to teach the class. No electronic games.

Wednesday, May 20, we will celebrate our creativity through art. Wear your old clothes. We might get messy.

Thursday, May 21, we will celebrate learning in different environments. We will be camping in class. Come prepared to share a campfire story.

Friday, May 22, we will be celebrating the Last Day of First Grade. Bring nothing to school. No backpack. No paper or pencils. If you bring your lunch put it in a throw away bag. Nothing will be sent home.

Be sure your child gets plenty of rest each night.

Be sure your child has a good breakfast each morning.

Give your child a hug and tell them to have a great day, everyday.

Keep reading and discussing the stories. Keep working with Math skills everywhere you go.

We are in need of tissue for our noses. We could also use some sidewalk chalk and balls for recess. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
