I am so glad that you and your child are part of our Kindergarten family.  Your child will find that they can be successful learners.  My classroom is a GA Standards Based Classroom based on the Learning Focus School philosophy.  Children explore content concepts through essential question and hands on activities.  I am a very strong advocate of everyday reading with children both in the classroom and in the home.  I place high expectations no matter what level your child maybe performing at.  Yet, never fear, activities are diversified to accommodate the different levels and styles of learning.
